خطوة جديدة في مسيرة التطوير والتحديث في مستشفى جمعية الخدمات الاجتماعية (دار العجزة)

As part of its ongoing efforts to upgrade its facilities and improve its infrastructure, thereby enhancing the quality of care provided to elderly people and persons with disabilities while supporting the work of its medical, nursing, and support teams, the Social Services Hospital has signed a maintenance agreement with Fix Building & Construction Solutions.

The agreement was signed by Eng. Ziad Malak, General Manager of the Hospital, and Mr. Ayman Mustafa, Founder and Director of Fix Building & Construction Solutions.

The agreement covers maintenance and remedial works to address waterproofing issues and water leaks across the Hospital’s facilities, as well as the implementation of preventive measures to reduce the likelihood of these problems recurring. These efforts will help preserve the integrity of the Hospital’s buildings and create a safer, more comfortable care environment.

This agreement has been made possible through the ongoing charitable contributions of generous donors and the Hospital’s partners, who believe in its humanitarian mission, its value to the community, and its vital role in providing healthcare and social services to older adults and persons with disabilities.

The partnership with Fix, a company specializing in waterproofing solutions and water-leak remediation, further strengthens the Hospital’s commitment to maintaining and improving its facilities. Fix is an authorized partner of Sika AG, the internationally renowned Swiss company that develops advanced bonding, waterproofing, strengthening, and protection solutions for the construction industry.
