“Khittat Al-Ihsan Charity Association” Donates 10 Electric Medical Beds to the Social Services Hospital (Dar Al-Ajaza)

As part of the ongoing cooperation between the Social Services Hospital and “Khittat Al-Ihsan Charity Association”, the implementing arm of “Al-Ihsan Foundation – Australia” projects throughout Lebanon, and in line with both organizations’ continued efforts to support the most vulnerable communities in Lebanon, particularly in Tripoli, a delegation from the Association donated 10 electric medical beds to the Hospital. This initiative aims to improve healthcare conditions and enhance the care environment for residents.

The delegation was headed by Mr. Hadi Al-Abdullah, President of “Khittat Al-Ihsan Charity Association” in Tripoli. The donation supports the Hospital management’s efforts to provide a more comfortable and appropriate care environment. It will also help facilitate the work of medical and nursing teams, enabling them to deliver services more effectively and respond to the needs of elderly patients and persons with disabilities.

This initiative reflects the two organizations shared commitment to their humanitarian missions, which are founded on supporting the most vulnerable members of society and promoting their right to dignified and appropriate care. It also reinforces the values of human dignity, solidarity, and social responsibility.

The visit extended beyond healthcare and practical support, serving as an opportunity for meaningful human connection and expressions of care. Members of the delegation spent time talking with the Hospital’s elderly residents in a warm and friendly atmosphere. These moments highlighted the importance of personal interaction alongside material assistance, bringing joy to the residents and reinforcing their sense of being surrounded by care, kindness, and attention.
