Winter Clothing Distributed to Residents of the Social Services Hospital (Dar Al-Ajaza) Through an Initiative by “Beirut Bikhair” Association

As part of the ongoing cooperation between the “Social Services Hospital” and “Beirut Bikhair Association”, a delegation visited the Hospital to distribute in-kind assistance as part of the Association’s winter campaign, which supports the most vulnerable and needy groups across Lebanon. The campaign aims to ease the harshness of winter and strengthen the resilience of families and residents of care institutions.

The delegation was headed by Ms. Halima Jundiyeh, the Association’s representative in North Lebanon, in the presence of Mr. Shadi Al-Sayyed, President of the National Federation of Workers and Employees Trade Unions in North Lebanon. A large quantity of winter clothing was distributed to older adults and persons with disabilities residing at the Hospital, reflecting both institutions’ commitment to their humanitarian mission of safeguarding human dignity and enhancing quality of life.

The delegation was welcomed by Dr. Hassan Al-Khatib, Head of the Administrative Board of the “Social Services Association”, and Eng. Ziad Malak, General Manager of the Social Services Hospital. They warmly welcomed the visitors and expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation for this humanitarian initiative, particularly during the blessed month of Ramadan.

They emphasized that initiatives of this kind embody the highest values of social solidarity and charitable work, while strengthening meaningful community partnerships dedicated to serving those most in need.
