Dance Musical at the Social Services Hospital (Dar Al-Ajaza) Ahead of the Holy Month of Ramadan

In a warm and compassionate atmosphere, and in anticipation of the holy month of Ramadan, the Psychiatric Department of the Social Services Hospital organized a dance musical prepared and performed by a group of patients residing in the department. The event took place on the Hospital’s basketball court.

The performance was attended by Dr. Hassan Al-Khatib, Chairman of the Administrative Board of the “Social Services Association”, and Eng. Ziad Malak, the Hospital’s General Manger, alongside a number of staff members and elderly residents, who shared in the joyful moments and enthusiastically engaged with the performance.

This Musical forms part of the Hospital’s efforts to support patients and encourage them to express their creative abilities. Artistic activities are an integral component of the department’s therapeutic programs, given their positive impact on mental health, self-confidence, and social integration.

The Hospital’s management and the Psychiatric Department emphasized that this event reflects the institution’s commitment to a holistic approach to care that places the individual at the heart of treatment and promotes the values of dignity, hope, and participation. This approach remains firmly aligned with the Hospital’s humanitarian mission, which has continued for more than seven decades.
